We got our first order of 50 baby chicks for the three coops we've built so far. Here we are with tiny, yellow fluffy chicks! Elder Smith putting them out on the shelf. They stay there with a heat lamp for 10 days or so and then they go down on the floor of the coop. This the box that 100 come in - 25 to each part...cute baby chicks! Elder Whitehead said they were one day old - and that in 6 weeks they will be big enough to be eaten...now to find markets to sell them.
