more Jamaican Life
We were walking in the morning and saw this long line of truck loaded with white rocks - We asked the workmen standing along side the road - it is gypson (sp) then we watched them truck it across the street and dump it in huge piles - other workmen then covered the piles with tarps - until they could load it on ships - see the crane in the distance. The ship we saw was from Manilla - Phillipines. They told us they crush it and use it in filters of some kind...very interesting. The gas prices AI thought you needed to see - the 100.40 equates to about $120.00 USA a liter, little less than a gallon.
